The Team
Razzor Tech is currently built by a small and highly focused core team, combining complementary expertise in engineering, development and mission-oriented thinking.
Founded and led by Dr. Dirk Raiser together with Johannes, the team operates deliberately lean - enabling fast iteration, close collaboration and direct responsibility for every technical and operational decision. As the company grows, this core philosophy remains unchanged:
Build capable and efficient systems through competence, trust, sustainability and hands-on involvement rather than scale for its own sake.
Our Values in Action
Our work is guided by a clear set of values: courage to explore, pragmatism in execution, integrity in collaboration and responsibility in everything we build.
These principles shape how we design, test and operate - and how we work together as a team.

How we work
We work as a hands-on, mission-driven team, closely connected to the hardware, the training environments and the operational context. Decisions are made where knowledge is deepest, iteration cycles are short and responsibility is shared rather than delegated. This way of working allows us to adapt quickly, learn continuously and deliver solutions that perform under real constraints. Collaboration, clarity and trust define our internal processes as much as our external partnerships.
Relationship to
Mission & Vision
Our daily work is shaped by the mission and vision that define Razzor Tech. The mission provides direction and focus, while the vision sets the long-term horizon we work toward. As a team, we translate these guiding principles into concrete actions - from design decisions and testing strategies to how we engage with partners and missions. This alignment ensures that every step we take contributes meaningfully to building reliable, human-centered exploration technology.
