Bakken Offworld Research Products

Bakken Offworld Research Products (BORP) is the original initiative behind the BORP suit, a pioneering EVA simulation suit concept developed for analog astronaut missions. The suit was invented by Paul Bakken, whose work established a practical, mobility-focused approach to EVA simulation outside traditional space agency programs. Through the partnership, Razzor Tech benefits from direct exchange and technical guidance from the original creator, ensuring continuity of design intent and operational philosophy. Building on this foundation, Razzor Tech continues to refine and evolve the BORP suit toward greater reliability, maintainability and mission realism.
